When your client approves all files in a project, FreelancerProof automatically generates a tamper-verifiable PDF document. It contains: the project name, all file names and their SHA-256 hashes, the client's declared identity and anonymised IP, the exact timestamp of each approval, and a SHA-256 hash of the entire approval record. Anyone — including a lawyer — can verify the PDF has not been altered by visiting freelancerproof.com/verify.

Yes, fully. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 in EU data centres. We store only anonymised IP addresses (last octet replaced) in client access logs. Full IPs are retained only in security audit logs for 7 days. We contractually guarantee in our Terms of Service that no user or client data is ever used to train any AI or machine learning model.
Frame.io is video-only, requires clients to create accounts, and has unclear GDPR compliance. Google Drive has no approval workflow, no legal PDF, no feedback system beyond comments, and no privacy guarantees.
